Hi, I’m Maureen.

I do this work because I understand it deeply. While staying home to raise my kids, I longed for harmonious relationships and to feel worthy. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018, it was my wake-up call. 

I suddenly realized that the change I was seeking started within myself.  Despite having spent years feeling confused and overwhelmed, I began to take the steps to prioritize myself. 

I soon realized that overdoing and people-pleasing were holding me back. 

When I stepped back from the messages we’d been given and decided that my needs mattered, things began to change.

That is my mission: to support women in feeling whole and worthy so they experience joy, healing, and expansion like never before.
